Matthew G. Cummings serves on Sidara’s Executive Committee and is President and Chief Executive Officer of TYLin, Introba and Landrum & Brown.

With more than 30 years of proven leadership experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry, he plays an influential role in the shaping of and caring for the world’s built environment. He is a subject matter expert in the areas of global infrastructure, mega-projects, transportation engineering, international market strategy, sustainability and resilience integration.

At Sidara, Matt contributes to executive‑level leadership through the Executive Committee, supporting strategic direction across the group’s global infrastructure portfolio. As the leader of TYLin, Introba and Landrum & Brown, he oversees a global network of multidisciplinary professionals as they plan, advise, design, engineer and manage some of the world's most visionary, challenging, and iconic infrastructure projects throughout the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.

Prior to his current position, Matt held senior executive positions with a global engineering and construction firm, including leading the company’s $2-billion transportation infrastructure business.

Cummings earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Lehigh University and completed the Wharton Management Program at University of Pennsylvania. He is also a recipient of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Parcel-Sverdrup Award.
