Group Chief Financial Officer, Sidara

Nicolas Tissot is Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Sidara. He brings a breadth of experience in financial leadership, strategy, transformation, and capital allocation across global organizations in the energy, infrastructure, industrial, and business services sectors.

Nicolas is recognized for helping organizations navigate periods of significant change while maintaining a strong focus on performance, growth, and long-term value creation. He combines deep financial expertise with broad strategic and operational experience, working closely with executive teams, boards, investors, and other stakeholders to support sustainable growth, transformation, and business resilience.

At Sidara, Nicolas leads the Group's finance function, including financial management, reporting, treasury, and tax. He also supports mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and financial risk management, working closely with Group leadership and finance teams across the business.

Prior to joining Sidara, Nicolas served as Group CFO of CLP Holdings Ltd. He previously worked at Bureau Veritas and Alstom, after contributing to the formation of ENGIE in various senior leadership roles, where he played a key role in transformation initiatives, capital allocation, and M&A activity. Nicolas is a graduate of HEC Paris and the French National School of Administration. He began his career at the Inspection générale des finances (French General Inspectorate of Finance, Ministry of Finance, Economy, and Industry) before moving to the private sector.
