Phil Harrison is a member of Sidara’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee, as well as CEO of global architecture and design firm Perkins&Will—the world’s second-largest practice. His leadership is shaped by decades of experience championing innovation through inspiration.

Phil’s approach combines creative thinking, research, technology, and a people-first mindset—all in service of an elevated experience for clients and project teams. At Sidara, he plays a senior governance role, contributing to strategic direction and executive decision‑making. He is particularly focused on how design excellence, innovation, and collaboration create value across the Sidara network.

At Perkins&Will, where he’s been CEO since 2006, Phil has steadily grown the firm’s global footprint, capacity for research and development, and reputation for catalyzing imagination into actionable solutions.His leadership, particularly in championing socially and ecologically responsible design, has been recognized by preeminent industry institutions across the U.S.

Phil is a licensed architect in nine U.S. states and two Canadian provinces and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects. He holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts and Philosophy from Harvard University.
