Director of Project Management & Contracts, Dar

Sari Gedeon is a member of the Board of Directors of Sidara and a Partner and Director of Project Management and Contracts at Dar. A leading expert in construction and project delivery, he brings nearly four decades of experience supporting the planning, execution and governance of engineering and infrastructure programs across regional and global markets.

Sari is recognized for strengthening delivery certainty on large, complex projects through rigorous governance, contractual clarity and disciplined project leadership. He is known for helping clients navigate complexity by aligning risk management, commercial frameworks, and multi‑disciplinary collaboration to protect value and support outcomes.

As a Sidara Board member, and through his service on Sidara’s Investment and Leadership Development Committees, Sari contributes to strategic oversight and governance across the collaborative, bringing delivery and commercial insight to leadership discussions. In his role at Dar, he leads the Project Management and Contracts function, overseeing planning and execution across the portfolio and ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual, quality, and performance expectations.

Over the course of his career, Sari has led and overseen a wide portfolio of projects including buildings and mixed‑use developments, airports, maritime facilities, land transport infrastructure, viaducts and tunnels, and utility networks across the Middle East and internationally.
